1. Introduction

Welcome to Cadneo LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website (cadneo.com) and all products and services operated under the Cadneo brand, including Cadneo plot, Cadneo render, Cadneo brand, and Cadneo web.

By accessing or using any Cadneo product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Scope of Services

Cadneo LLC is a focused product studio that builds and operates software tools and professional creative services. Our current offerings include:

Cadneo plot — A SaaS platform that transforms CAD drawings into interactive property maps and PDF reports. Operates on a company-level subscription basis.
Cadneo render — A professional 3D architectural visualization service that produces presentation-ready renders from AutoCAD and Revit files. Delivered as a project-based engagement.
Cadneo brand — A visual identity and brand design service covering logos, print collateral, and digital assets. Delivered as a project-based engagement.
Cadneo web — A web design and development service for professional websites and digital products. Delivered as a project-based engagement.

By using any of the above products or services, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cadneo's products and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
Use our platforms to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our services without prior written consent.

5. Payments and Invoicing

All financial transactions are processed and managed by Cadneo LLC. For Cadneo plot subscriptions, billing is handled on a recurring basis per the agreed subscription plan. For project-based services (Cadneo render, Cadneo brand, Cadneo web), payment terms are governed by the Statement of Work or service agreement signed at engagement commencement.

Invoices are issued by Cadneo LLC and are payable within the timeframe specified therein. Late payments may result in suspension of service access.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced under Cadneo render, Cadneo brand, and Cadneo web engagements are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the applicable service agreement. Cadneo LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

The Cadneo plot platform, including its software, algorithms, and user interface, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Cadneo LLC. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cadneo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cadneo LLC in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of any Cadneo product or service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
